Etisalat why why why why!!!

They Blocked flickr again!!!
I sent them a complaint lets just see if they will reply with anything usefull this time.

Here is a copy of the complaint:

My internet experience has been becoming worse and worse day after day, because of the restrictions that Etisalat is forcing on me. The blocking and unblocking of sites is becoming so annoying and frustrating that it has affected me emotionally. I still can't believe that the only justification you have for blocking translated sites by Google is because it is handled by a different proxy, what kind of answer is this? And how about the continues blocking and unblocking of www.flickr.com, where I host my personal photos and web graphics. Which means that not only am I being forbidden from viewing my family photos but also that my personal website is being affected directly because of the unavailability of the template graphics? I have been a loyal customer for Etisalat ever since 1997, but you guys are not helping in keeping this loyalty when a different service provider arrives. Please try to understand, and for once consider my frustration as a means to rethink the protocols on which the ISP functions in regards to unreasonable restrictions. A more rational approach would be to leave the restrictions to the customer and provide him with all the safe browsing software they might need.
