Morgan Stanley to open it's first Middle East Office

Morgan Stanley the Wall Street Firm, announced earlier that they are opening their first Office in the Middle East, and they have assigned Georges Makhoul to run the Middle East and North Africa from Dubai. The office is going to be part of Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) which was launched in September last year and attracted 100 firms including 15 Financial Services firms.
