Happy Life?!?!?

Some of you might be reading my old posts that somewhat reflect some depression, well you may say a month ago me including a group of friends of mine are just swinging back and forth from one gloomy cloud to another… my posts are a mixture of combined feelings that we are all going through… some sentences might be exaggerated and fictional, and others might be underestimated and very true….

Anyhow, since I came up with the philosophy a few mins ago that life is like a playground I have come up with some solutions that will help you recover from any injuries caused by it…. (tested and tried by a bunch of 3 girls for months and some of them years)

1- Take Deep breaths (believe me it works)
2- GRIEVE! Be strong but give yourself enough time think analyze and eat your brains out, and if required cry your heart out…
3- As a Muslim I always find peace in reading the Holly Qoran… Reciting Sorat Yaseeen works like magic.
4- Drink lots of water to get rid of all the toxics in your body...
5- Exercise and create those happy endorphins...
4- As a Muslim also I find the el m3wthat very soothing…
5- As a Muslim and for any believer of any Faith, Ask god with all sincerity to help you overcome this suffering.. whenever you feel all Closter phobic, just pray to god to make it better. Pray with assured faith that god will help you with whatever you are asking… just have patience and faith… keep on pray as much as you want and whenever… in the car, on your bed, in the office etc etc… and you will see amazing results (personally tested and found amazing results, actually it was the only thing that helped me over come a major distress last year)
6- Keep yourself busy, force your self to be busy. At the beginning you might not want to keep busy, but force yourself…
7- If your lucky enough to have friends of family around you, stay around them…. people who make you comfortable and happy...
8- Last but not least, if you reach the verge of a nervous breakdown, drugs such as Xanax and Prosac help the healing process. (however not recommended at all)

I hope my lil’ post didn’t depress any of you, and I hope this comes in handy…

Excersizing is amazing - gets everything off your mind, makes you feel good about your health and body and gives you kick-a$$ self confidence.

know what, went through this many time, especially after giving birth of my two babies.what really helped was excercice, going out breath fresh air, watch the news and realise there is worst than what i'was going through.
it helps to be more involved in the social life, helping the needy ..it brings a sens of satisfaction and pride..
